Description
Should perform the same functions as adding them when creating the alert. \( ie send email - new feature \) . When adding multiple users is hard to know who you are adding - maybe it should be like training event \( ie 12 trainees selected\) . The stakeholder list does not update when added - a manual refresh of the page is needed.

Description
As a user of AlmirLive when I see a users name I would like to quickly see a bit more detail in order for me to understand who they are if I am not familiar with them or if they share a similar name with someone else.
Show a pop out card when the user hovers over the users name for more than 1 second.
