Description
When you have something in the search field and filtered the results. Then you expand the area - it should clear the search as it is not a good UX when expanded.
AL-2256 Quiz segment
Description
On the event page, the user is able to sign off when quiz is not completed.
On module page, if the user fails the quiz and closes the model they can sign off
In both cases the button becomes active but there is an error printed in the console.
The module / event is signed off.
If a new event is created when the user goes to complete it - the quiz is already checked - even though it may be different or needed to be done again.

Description
When editing the quiz, the level of pass and type return to the default value.

Description
On the event page when I check off a segment - it doesn't save when i refresh the page.
AL-2265 Quiz signoff - level of pass on module page
Description
The functionality on the event page is not present in the module page. Example: I added a level of 50% to the quiz on a module that is not schedule only and when I try to complete 50% of the quiz it doesn't let sign me off.

Description
A situation arises where if the trainee is enrolled via the role only, once he has completed all the modules the programme is not marked as completed as the trainee is not directly enrolled in the programme.

Description
As an admin or training specialist I would like to see reviews made for all trainees, I would like to see \(at a minimum\) date reviewed, some detail, who reviewed and score \( if applicable \) and next due \(if applicable\) order by next due and highlight due soon and overdue.

To make it more obvious the filter is active it might be a good idea to match they style of filter button to the filtered category. have grey by default.
